When words aren't enough, I use my hands. I offer dedicated 1:1 sessions, giving each person their own personal space and quiet time to sit in peace, process, or speak with me directly. I am able to travel directly to hospitals, rehab centers, clinics, retreats, and studio settings to meet people right where they are. Here, I can also introduce art journaling: a living, creative space you can return to time and time again to add a new page and document your feelings whenever you need an outlet. I supply everything needed for the session, using vinyl covers as our main canvas, though participants are always invited to bring meaningful photos or personal items as an extra addition to create with. I bring collage art into healthcare and rehabilitation spaces to help people express what feels unspoken.
To be clear: this is not therapy, nor is it formal teaching. Drawing from personal experience supporting loved ones through their own journeys with addiction and recovery, I show people how to step outside conditioned thinking, shed perfectionism, and alchemise complex emotions into something tangible, creative, and transformative.
Tailored Experiences & Special Requirements:
Healing and recovery require care, sensitivity, and flexibility. I can tailor sessions to fit smoothly into existing retreat schedules, clinical settings, or institutional environments. If you, your patients, or your facility have specific accessibility needs, timing constraints, or emotional safety requirements, I am happy to listen and will try to accommodate them.
